Lux Concrete Sealer

Lux Concrete Sealer is a Premium Australian made and manufactured Water Based Sealer, suitable for all concrete surfaces.

Lux Concrete Sealer is formulated to be the most user-friendly product on the market, that provides a durable yet hard-wearing water repellent coating that is resistant to alkali, dirt and oil, furthermore preventing ingress of water. With a high UV light resistant formula that has been proven with numerous quality control and performance tests against the tough Australian climate, it is ensured to provide all-year round protection, endurance and durability to all concrete surfaces. Lux Concrete Sealer is a fast-drying and non-yellowing product that provides an ultra-high gloss finish, that is ready to use straight from the bucket.

Prep surface area and allow to be free of all mildew, dirt, grease, paint and loose materials. By ensuring surface is spotless prior to application, this will assist with superior adhesion and durability. Always allow surface area to thoroughly dry prior to sealing. Ensure to stir product thoroughly prior to use.

Apply first coat at the recommended coverage rate ensuring an even coat application.

Allow first coat to dry for up to 1 hour. Apply a second coat using same method.

Apply a third coat for a higher gloss finish.

Lux Coatings does not recommend sealing in air temperatures below 10°C or above 30°C.

Lux Coatings does not recommend sealing when humidity is above 75% or when rain is approaching.

Lux Coatings water-based sealer has a shelf life of up to 2 years for unopened product in protective storage. Allow between 5-7 days for product to fully cure.

THE LUX GUARANTEE

Lux Concrete Sealer offers a limited 10-Year product replacement warranty sufficient for the affected area only, in the event of flaking or peeling. Although we guarantee this will not occur.

Lux Concrete Sealer must be applied and followed as per directions of use, including correct surface preparation, product coverage recommended by Lux Pointing etc. Product warranty is null and void unless applied within the directions of this label.

Lux Concrete Sealer advises the applicator of the product, to determine and verify its suitability prior to application. Therefore, responsible for the intended use of the product.

Lux Concrete Sealer will not be liable for any failure in performance of this product or any losses, damages, or injuries caused by incorrect storage, application or other use of this product.
